Ramon’s entrepreneurial journey began while he was still in college, launching his first ventures before completing his college degree. In 2009, he entered Corporate America, balancing roles in both nonprofit and for-profit sectors. During this time, he managed critical programs for a $60 million annual fundraising campaign, demonstrating his ability to lead large-scale initiatives. Despite his corporate commitments, Ramon remained dedicated to his passion for business, working with organizations ranging from small startups to major corporations in operations and business development.

His career has taken him across the globe, including significant time in East Africa and the Middle East, where he launched ventures in ag-tech and real estate. These experiences shaped the vision behind Fig Tree Industries-a company founded to connect the world through innovative products and services in agriculture and real estate.

Ramon’s extensive network spans investors, entrepreneurs, innovators, and officials across the United States, East Africa, the Caribbean, Asia, and the Middle East. Whether behind the scenes or in public-facing roles, he is driven by a commitment to creating impact through sourcing and delivering quality products and services across multiple regions.
